The Bye Bye Plastik App is your tool to actively work for clean seas through plastic reduction.

How's that going?

The app invites you to playfully engage with the theme of marine protection through plastic reduction. With this first version of our app you can add to your knowledge about the plastic flood and get hands-on tips on how you can instantly and practically save plastic in your everyday life. With the app, you will soon be able to track cleanups directly on site as a sports unit and become a cleanup hero or heroine in the ranking of our community. In the first step we start in the app with the project “Sylt cleans up”*. The further development of the app goes hand in hand with our project "Sylt cleans up". Under the motto "Everyday is Cleanup Day!" the app invites you to share your private cleanups with us. You can also specify the quantity collected and share a photo of your findings with us. Your cleanup is then visible in our interactive map and shows where our community is active. Everyone can participate at any time and no one has to wait for an organized cleanup. Whether alone, with friends, family or as a team event with your colleagues.
